Many women can benefit from breast massage.
There are many reasons to accept it. The two most common reasons for getting a massage are breast tenderness and want to enter your breast as a normal part of your body. Women can receive most breast massage at any time including during pregnancy and after a mastectomy.
Indications for breast massage
Pain or discomfort in your breasts
Congestion, edema, and lymphedema
Following the latest diagnostic and surgical procedures – symptomatic relief and promotion of good-quality scarring
Poor quality scars from previous trauma
Discomfort pregnancy, breastfeeding, weaning
Want to concentrate good energy on your breasts – not only worry if they can give you cancer and do breast examination
Tight muscles under your breasts
Want an integrated anterior body massage
Want to normalize your breast tissue – this is a good part of your body
How to breast massage
Most women take time to decide whether or not to have a breast massage. If you discuss it with your therapist on one visit, massage usually will not be done until future treatment.
Communication and trust are important. If you feel uncomfortable with your therapist, talk to them and wait until you feel more comfortable or find another therapist to do a breast massage.
Aereolas and nipples are untouched
Draping – You can be fully wrapped, have one breast that is not reproducible, the two breasts are not reproduced, or your anterior body is not lifted from your hipbones upwards.
Breasts themselves do not have muscle, so a light massage.
Breasts do have many lymph vessels that respond well to excellent lighting and lighting techniques.
Chest muscles cover the entire area under the breast, and can be treated
Contraindications – reasons to think before breast massage, or not to massage now:
Breast massage will not be done without your consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time
Clients and therapists can not communicate well
Lactation mastitis or current active infection
Specific work in place on an undiagnosed lump
Specific work in place on any abscess
